Before Skip and Nancy opened Brookhaven’s 18|8 Fine Men’s Salon, they refused to blaze ahead without a plan. The better the plan, the lower risk of failure.
The couple crafted a plan that included finding the perfect location, implementing successful marketing strategies and hiring the right staff.
